Question on Website Carousel Image

  Hi,
  I am new to WordPress, I am trying to learn how to re-order/add new image to the website carousel images. Example: https://rookpartners.com/

  Any pointers?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere.
