question payment and upgrade

    Dear Sirs,
    there were problems with my checking account, could not upgrade my wordpress withdraw as thought and now I can no longer buy my new premium upgrade. the button for the upgrade is no longer available or likely has locked the wordpress. how can I get this working as quickly as possible to unlock again? my problems are solved with the account and it could now be properly charged. I ask for quick help. this is really important for me.
