Question regarding a slider

Hello, I’m using the same theme like this website down below, I have just one question, they have those 4 images below the header -> http://prntscr.com/1890cpu
In the responsive version that works as a slider, how can I achieve that? I’m using Elementor, is there a plugin that can do that or is there an option in Elementor that can do it? I’ve been trying since yesterday but I can’t seem to find the option that would allow me to achieve the same result.
It’s not a request for customization or services, I just need to know the name of the option/plugin that would allow me to do it, if there’s anyone kind enough to help me I would highly appreciate it, I really need it.

The site you’ve mentioned, seems to be using a theme called XStore, and the widget seems to be part of the theme.
If you want to achieve this with Elementor, you might need to contact Elementor’s support to find out if they offer something like this.
Please note that to be able to use this theme(or any third-party plugin) on WordPress.com, you would need the business plan
