Question regarding home page

  I am trying to either get rid of– or change the background images when you scroll past the main bio on the home page. When you scroll down on the home page, the blog comes up as well as a couple other things and then a search bar plus a widget at the bottom. I would like to remove these features or change them to make them more appealing please and thank you.

  Hi!

  You can change the background photos for each of those sections in the Customizer.

  Go to: http://herbologywithhayley.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php

  From there, select Theme Options in the left hand column.

  From there, click on each of the sections for Title, News, Page, Widgets and Portfolio.

  Once in each of those tabs, click the “Change Image” button and you can upload any image that you’d like. You can also check the “add background shade” box if the image is too bright. This can make your text easier to read.

  Once you’ve finished with each tab, hit the blue save button at the top of the menu.
