Question regarding my domain which I don’t use any more

    Hi
    Last year I have contacted WordPress because I didn’t want to continue my blog. I created my website but I didn’t have time for it so I ask one of your support to cancel the contact.
    Today I have received email from someone who is contacting me via my private email and using my details from that website which I have created. Does it mean that it is still visible in web?
    I want it to be canceled.

    Could you make sure that this website is no more visible and that I won’t be charged any more for any services?
    I would appreciate it greatly.
    My tech vocabulary is really poor so please don’t mind that and have a good day.

    we have canceled your subscriptions but the site is still online using the free subdomain and free plan.
