Question Regarding WordPress

  Hi, I am creating my first WordPress LMS site. I am using A2 Hosting and am following WPCrafter to create this site. When I downloaded WordPress they preinstalled an A2 Optimized interface on WP. Should I should keep all of the preinstalled plugins or delete and start fresh? It has A2 Fixed W3 Total Cache, A2 Optimized WP, Akismet, Easy Hide Login, EWWW Image Optimizer, Jetpack, and WP Forms Lite. Thanks for any help you can provide.
