Question to "Karuna" theme

  I have three pages on this theme, and three different pictures as titel images, but picture number 2 won’t show up as title image for page 2, though i picked it as so!
  Can you help?

  I presume that by “title image” you mean featured image. The page https://slowtemple.wordpress.com/introduction/mediation/ is set as the blog page (aka the posts page) on the site. When a static page is set as the blog page on the Karuna theme, then it will display the site header if one is assigned, and if a featured image is set on the page it will not be displayed.
