(My image is from a localhost, I use it to feel comfortable with this theme when I start my blog)

Anytime but the traffic ought to be at least 1,000 – 1,500 page views daily on your site or don’t expect to be accepted.

Lastly, I don’t know why you put a modlook tag in this thread when it’s not needed. What is needed is as link to your WordPress.COM blog assuming you have one.
All I see is a WordPress.org local install in your images and we don’t provide support for it here at all. Moreover, WordAds is only available to those with blogs being hosted by WordPress.COM and not for any other blogs hosted anywhere else.

I used “modlook” because I though it is a question for the support because it is related to the blog design.
I will create a blog on WordPress.com soon and I have WordPress locally on my computer to prepare posts and -I think this is because I am lazy- I use it to add watermarks to my images with plugins and then take the files from the uploads directory.
Sorry for being annoying :(

P.S. For clarity sake, know you will not get any CSS support here unless or until you register a WordPress.com blogs and purchase the custom design upgrade for it.
