  Is there a way to speak sto someone or ask questions before creating a site. If so, please advise. I really do not want to have a bunch of publilc people answer questions and give me their opions. I need to speak directly to someone. Is that possible?

  There is no phone support on WordPress.com. The staff and volunteers provide support for free users in the WordPress.com forums, and private support is provided for paid users via live chat and email.
