  Is WordPress.org a better platform to launch an upgraded website featuring WordAds?

  You can use WordAds here too: https://wordpress.com/support/wordads-and-earn/

  WordAds cannot host custom ads. It’s an automated real-time bidding platform, and the highest bidder gets the placement.
