questions about account and domains

    Hi,
    I’m working with Dennis Broe on his wordpress website. He bought a domain two or three mounths ago which is “broontheglobaltelevisionbeat.com”. We cannot use it anymore with the account bdennis698. Dennis Broe has an other account which is broonglobaltelevision.
    First, we would like to know to which account the domain “broontheglobaltelevisionbeat.com” is connected ?
    Second, we would like to know why the account broontheglobaltelevision is not open anymore.
    Third, we would like to know how can we have again “broontheglobaltelevisionbeat.com” as a domain for our website.

    That domain is active and working from what I can see. You’ll need to contact us from the account that registered it in order to get help with moving it to another account as requested.

    Hi,

    We do not have access to this account because it is closed. and we do not know why. So we paid a domain with is not possible to use. Can you help us to re-open the account please ?

    bdennis698 is not closed, you’ll just need to gain the login credentials to regain access to the account.

    As staff-zinnia mentioned, f you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

    I would suggest contacting Dennis and have him retrieve the transaction ID from his bank statement. He can use the transaction ID on the bank statement from when he purchased the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.

    Sorry I was asking for the account broonglobaltelevision which is closed and we canot open it. I am talking with you with bdennis698. But if I understand is it the same way to do it ? transaction ID to re-open the count?

    broonglobaltelevision doesn’t exist anymore because you have changed the name on that account and, once the username is changed, it becomes unavailable forever.

    If you wish to regain access to your domain broontheglobaltelevisionbeat.com, you’ll want to reach us from bdennis698 – you can follow the steps described by staff-doublebassd.

    Is it possible to have someone to talk on the phone?? Because when I’m connect with bdennis698, it’s this account which is opening.

    All of our support is available through online channels. We don’t offer phone support as it is very difficult to share links, screen shots, etc on the phone.

    We can’t assist with the site requested until you sign out of the dennisbroe account and back in under the proper one.

    Try signing out of WordPress.com and clearing your browser cache.

    Then sign back in under the proper account. Understand that it will require a different email address as each account is unique. So if you continue to sign in with the email address on your dennisbroe account you will continue to be signed in there.
