Questions about Cubic, no title or date showing, and mystery white box

Hi there, I’m using Cubic, and it’s great… Someone helped me with a little CSS to make the background white, but now there’s no date or title showing up in the ‘cubes’ on the main page.
And then when you click on a post, there’s a big white rectangle at the top of the screen, and it looks like a heading or text should be sitting there, but I have no idea how/where to add the text….
Lastly- the crops are looking awkward on the main images (I didn’t upload them as squares). But it seems irregular how it’s cropping and where the white space is. Is there any way to control the crop?

You can find the threads you’ve started or posted in by clicking on your username at the top right of any forum page where it says “Welcome, yourusername” That will take you to your forum Profile page with a list of all your previous topics.
