Questions about ftp and import blogs

  I wanna know if theres a ways to import a whole blog from blogger,i need to import the posts,feeds,the layout part…
  And the second question is if is possible to connect my via ftp.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can import data but not layout, and WordPress.com does not offer the ability to FTP. You need to use the media library inside the blog to upload files.
