questions about my refund

    Hello. I’m customer from South Korea.
    I made a refund on Jun 7, 2018 (WordPress.com Premium)
    However, Supporting team said that it was processed, However it does not shows on my banking account, even a week has passed. (I think the problem is currency diversion)
    Could you help me about this problem?

    Hi there, it can take 10-12 days for a refund to show up on your statement, but for international transactions that time can be longer. I checked your account and the refund was issued by us 2018-06-07.

    I would give it another 5-7 days.
