Have you created a WordPress.com site yet? There is no phone support here at WordPress.com. With an upgraded plan you have access to email and Livechat with staff. With a free site (or even no site yet) this forum is the place to ask questions.

do you have any expreicne with comment plugins? if so do you know anything about thrive and or De:Comments I do not want to use disqus

Even free sites at WordPress.com can enable comments without the need for plugins (which are only available here with a Business plan). Perhaps you better check which “wordpress” you are going to be using.

If your site will be hosted by WordPress.com, you’ll need a Business Plan before you can install plugins.
But, if you’re planning on building a self-hosted site, then this wouldn’t be the correct forum for this discussion, you’d need to be asking this question in the WordPress.org forums found at:
