Questions about scaling, processing fees, DDoS protection

    Hello, I’m working on creating a website for a client, and we have a few questions about what services you offer. Firstly, how does your platform handle scaling? My client works for a non-partisan NGO, and so part of this website will involve collecting contact information. Would there be extra fees for larger databases? Second, do you take a processing cost on sales and donations through the website, and if so, how much? Third, what do you offer in terms of DDoS protection? Is there the ability to automatically back up the site and its data and reconnect the website after DDoS, or will that need to be done manually? Thank you for your time.
