Questions about transferring a domain

Hello, I have a question about transferring an existing domain.
I made a new homepage address today in a Korean name server, in order to start a blog.
However, I shortly found out that the original name server is more aimed at companies, and it is rather difficult for making personal sites.
According to your company’s policy, it seems hard to transfer my new domain now, since it did not exist for more than 60 days.
Well, it does not matter if I could connect my current blog to my original domain 2 months later after the transmission, but I am not quite sure about whether it is possible.
I do not want to ‘map’ my domain, since it will cost me both the mapping fee and the fee for the name server (if I understood it right.)
So, my question is, ‘is it possible for me to transfer my domain to WordPress, and would I be able to directly connect my transferred domain to my current blog?’
And, my last additional question, I had difficulties finding a Korean Question & Answer page. Is there an official WordPress support site written in Korea?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
