Questions about Upgrade to business premium and language options
-
Good Morning, I’m Maddalena, from Italy.
I’m interested in buying BUSINESS PREMIUM and mapping a domain that
i already have with an other provider, but first I have lots of question:1) The Business Premium will allow me to cancell the phrase “BLOG SU WORDPRESS.COM – THE REDDLE THEME” than you can find at the bottom of each pages of the websites of the free wordpressblog?
2) I would like that my followers, (most of them are now my clients, that they usually recieved a newsletter of mines ) can follow me by clicking “segui”(follow) this blog.(i dont’ want anymore to create a newsletter, but i want to give them news throu a blog). The problem that i ve noticed with the free blog is that, when they do it it appears lots of english phrase(that my italian followers probably won’t undertsand)
and when they have done it also an english phrase like
“Thanks for subscribing! You’ll get an email with a link to confirm your sub.
If you don’t get it, please contact us”.
or When they received an upadate of the posts, it appears the logo of wordpress.
The Business premium will give me the possibilities to translate this sentences and to remove the logo of wordpress and replace it with my logo?
I’m happy to write on each page of my blog “wordpress all right reserved” but I need now a professional blog, so that my logo appears.3) for example i’ve found this italian website http://www.luxurybooks.it/ that it was created with wordpress.
At the bottom of the websites you cand find “wordpress. All right reserved”, I need something like this.
I also notice that they have a newsletter, but i prefer to maintain the option follow, like a blog, but only if it is possible to personalize the language.( beacuse i want that my job is a blog and not a shop.)
However for curiosity I’ve tried their newsletter, and all the registration and the confirm of the registration of the newsletter is all in italian).Thank you for your help!

All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide or alter text or links for the footer credits or the toolbar. Modifying the style of the footer text (i.e. colors and font size) is fine as long as it’s still readable.

Regarding translations:
Translations for WordPress.com are mostly on voluntary base. Anyone can help translate WordPress.com using our GlotPress translation engine. You can suggest new Italian translations for any of the English original strings: http://en.support.wordpress.com/glotpress/for example i’ve found this italian website http://www.luxurybooks.it/ that it was created with wordpress.
That site is using the WordPress.org software. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.
