Questions about upgrading.

I am investigating whether to to use a plug-in to set-up e-commerce (member mouse) and word press to set up a new businesses website. I need to use the plug-in software in a beta setting to see if it is the right solution…….your company doesn’t seem to provide any customer service unless you’re a paid subscriber. From what I can tell if I upgrade, refunds will be only made within 48 hours? I don’t want to commit to an annual purchase if the products I’m exploring aren’t right. Member Mouse has a trial period and a monthly subscription. Do you not offer anything similar? Thank you for enlightening me. I have searched your forums all evening but I cannot find anything close to an answer to all my questions. If you prorate refunds for annual upgrade services I’d be happy to evaluate your application so that I can use the plug-in. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get easy answers about basic services.

NO Plugin’s at all – no upgrade short of the VIP program (starting at around $ 20,000 / year + charges for each new plugin to be vetted for security) allows the use of Plugin’s
So what ever you wanted to do with a plugin can’t be done here

But it is the hostility from both of you that seems antithetical from what WordPress intended this forum to be. I had questions, and was referred by WordPress to this forum. This response has text from WordPress: “We love positive and productive discussions, so please keep comments on the topics at hand and not on other members of the community. Thanks”.
Are you angry because you are professionals and I am not? Are you angry that people have questions, but they do not have the same level of understanding as you? WordPress does not provide a myriad of products only for “experts”.
I have done my homework. Nothing auxclass provided sent provided an answer and it has only resulted in this diatribe. Perhaps that was their intent. I’m a moron……I’m awful. I’m the loser. You two win. So we should end this discussion. It is not benefitting anyone.
