Questions about using this sites for blogs

  I have several small closed blogs I’d like to put on this site but I have some questions:

  Can a user have more than one blog — how many?
  What costs are involved?
  Can regular domain names point to blogs hosted here?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
