Hi I am just starting a new blog and just purchased a WP Pro package with Bluehost its the ‘build’ package. I also just purchased a wordpress theme through etsy but its saying wordpress wont work unless its free? What are your suggestions for me to do ? It seems your packages are like bluehost that offer analytics etc? I wanted to know if you have email marketing and can connect social media sites like ‘shop my looks’ from instagram ?

The forums you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider like Bluehost, and as your site is hosted with them, it also means it’s not hosted with us. We’re not the same thing as the free, open source WordPress software you’re using at Bluehost.

To use your theme you bought, log into WP-Admin using the admin credentials that Bluehost would have emailed to you when you started your site with them, and go to Appearance ->Themes. You don’t need any upgrade from WordPress.com to do this – our plans and their restrictions only apply to sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.
