questions on the editor?

Whay does the editor duplicate and change things, I added text then viewed page and it was up there 8 times, I changed some HTML and it changed it back and at other times addes so much unneccesary html it was rediculous, and if you toggle to full page view you cant save it, why cant they put a font and a size option as well or has anyone found one?

Well, of course you can change fonts and sizes. That information is in the Support documents, and a search for “font” brings it right up:

Without the example you’re talking about, we can’t speculate as to why it made changes from the Preview; it could be you used code incompatible with WP.com.

yes I have been but even when adding text in edit mode then viewing page and going back to edit, it has at times duplicated on the page, also in HTML has added lots of lines of the same code? like duplicated the code 5 times

When pasting stuff from a different editor, or from the web, use the “paste as plain text” button on the lower editor toolbar.
If you are pasting from MS Word, use the “paste from word” button on the lower editor toolbar.
