Questions on the premium Linen theme

  Our corporate blogger purchased your Linen theme through WordPress.com.
  I’m in charge of tweaking it. I have a few questions for you.

  1) I’m unsure how to handle a page with all authors, all tags and all categories.

  I thought that you would include some of these templates in the default setup. (ie author.php, search.php, etc)

  Since we are not running with WordPress.org, I’m not sure how to go about creating these pages. There’s shortcodes for showing all archives but nothing like the above short codes for showing all authors, tags, etc. Have you added them to your functions.php?

  2) ‘ Add your own personal copyright notice in the footer’. I didn’t see this in the theme options, or did I overlook it? Is this just for wordpress.org and the ‘pro’ version of Linen.

  Support for premium themes is included in the price, so the person who purchased the theme either needs to give you their login details or handle the theme tweaking themselves.

  Our social media person, who paid for the theme, says she only received a receipt, nothing forward for the premium theme. Said person is not a coder/designer, so tweaking falls to me. The designer of said theme referred me to the wordpress forum. So I’m a tad confused about the last post.

  We Volunteers answering questions on this peer forum have no knowledge of how premium themes are designed to operate. When one purchases a premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in the blog’s Dashboard. However, do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
