Questions on upgrading my blog?

  I would like to upgrade my blog from basic to the premium version, the one that’s $99.00 dollars a year. What I want to know (and I can’t seem to find anywhere– if the answer is out there please don’t hate me, i’m brand new here), at the end of the free trial are they going to charge me the $99 all at once, or is it in monthly payments? I can’t afford to lose $99 dollars right now.
