Hello, my WordPress customization page does not work anymore. I cannot edit the content of my website (Eliott Ardisson). Also, I have a question regarding the colors of the text and background image that are different from computer to phone view. Thanks for your help. Best.

Is this regarding https://eliottardisson.wordpress.com/? What happens when you try to edit? Do you get an error message of any sort?

Yes, it is regarding https://eliottardisson.wordpress.com/. Basically, I have a picture for my background that is great on desktop mode but that doesn’t adapt on phone mode. Is there any way I can put one picture (for the background) on the desktop, and another (different size) for phone view?
Moreover, I selected a color for my website text but it seems that it doesn’t work.
Is there any way I can contact the customer support or have a call with the staff so I can fix the various issues I have. Thank you -
Hi,
You wouldn’t be able to have two different looks for the desktop and mobile really but our themes are responsive which means they will adapt to the different screen sizes.
Some blocks, like Cover Block, will not scale though so it’s best not to use it for portraits.As for the colors, I see exactly the same thing in the Customizer and your site so I’m not sure what exactly are you trying to change. Could you elaborate on that?
