questions re my Premium Account

  If I choose one premium theme using my Premium Account, can I later change it to a different premium theme?
  Can I customize colors using RGB numbers?
  Can I choose a different font (trebuchet)?
  Can I have a blog and a website with different domain names as part of my Premium Account or would I have to pay extra?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Forget the idea of a premium account please as it only causes confusion. We can purchase upgrades for our blogs. With the exception of the guided transfer they are per blog and per year and each upgrades states clearly what it includes.

  There is no premium theme included in the premium upgrade bundle. http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/
  Purchasing a premium theme is a separate upgrade for a blog with that bundle. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/

  A website is page based site designed to be a one way noticeboard.
  Any WordPress blog can be structured as post based or page based. The choice is up to the blogger.
  You can register as many free hosted WordPress.com blogs as you want to. You can register two URLs and structure one to be post based and the other to be page based.

  If you want each one (blog and website) to have a custom domain name then know that every upgrade is per blog and per year. There is no two for one or multiple blog upgrade package here for any upgrades.
