Questions regarding transferring Website

    I am building a website for a client currently on my WordPress account, however this is the first time I am using WordPress. I have usually always used shopify or wix/editorx, but my question is regarding transferring the website to the client when it is done. I understand the process of going to ‘my blogs’ and transferring it to the client (having them make a WordPress account to transfer it too). However is it that simple? What happens with the WordPress plans? Will that transfer over and they can continue to pay for it with their own payment method? Also what happens with the elementor plugin? Will that transfer as well? If the website is built with elementor pro will the site stay the same or does it change when it is transferred?

    Essentially how does the transfer process work, mainly regarding the WordPress plans and elementor pro plug in?
