  IM starting out blogging and am coming along learning the ropes about how to blog.Im interesting in learning how to avoid infringing on trademarks and copyrights on pictures.Is there a place i can gather news and pictures that i can save and repost on my blog ?

  Ps.Anymore blogging info would be cool aswel.

  There are many sites that provide free images for personal use on your blog.   If you don’t what to infringe, well just state the source from where you got this and who made it. Check my website. In the movie theater page, I have a youtube video with a source.

  That’s not correct. Unless the creator/holder of the copyright has given prior permission to use the images, or the images are in the public domain, simply helping yourself to them and posting an attribution link will not protect you from a DMCA take down notice. Using any image not in the public domain, without permission to do so is a copyright violation.

  If you’re worried about rights, then use Zemanta. You can enable it on your Settings, I believe, under Write. It shows you only things you’re ALLOWED to use.
