Quick edit posts by format

    It would be useful if the post format (standard, image, gallery, link, etc…) could be used for both filtering and quick editing on the Posts > All Posts dashboard page.

    At the moment filtering is available by date (month) and category and lots of extras can be quick-edited (and therefore batch edited too). This includes tags, status, comments/pings, stickiness, privacy… but not the format. It’s also not taken into account when using the search box.

    I think this would be useful and I haven’t seen it requested before. Does any one else agree (or is there a way to do this that I’ve missed)?
