  i have recentley tried to change the header of my website,i deleted the text in between <title> <title>and obviuosly done this wrong when trying to enter a new text line.I can no longer access my site as an error message appears,and i am unsure how to resolve this.

  Any help would be very gratefully recieved i am a beginner and obviously a bit thick.
