Quick link onto laptop

I have the wordpress quick link on my ipad but need to know how to download my site onto my laptop
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. What do you mean with the wordpress quick link? Are you referring to the WordPress iPad app? If so, there’s no such thing for a laptop. To edit your site, create posts, etc. on your laptop, you need to go to http://wordpress.com/ in your web browser. You can also use this link to go directly to your dashboard: http://amandacroftpearman.wordpress.com/wp-admin

Hi, no I wasn’t particularly looking for an app – I just wanted to have a quick link icon on my laptop that I could just click onto to get directly into my site. I have the icon on my ipad which gets me directly to the site without having to log on etc.
Also – how do all my friends get into my blog? Do they just go to wordpress main site and type in amandacp2014?
Also – I’m still struggling to get photos uploaded which I have to do from my laptop obviously – is there anyway I can set up a gallery on the blog?

You do that by navigating to your site on your browser and clicking the bookmark button on your browser. It’s not a WordPress function. You can use the link I gave above for your dashboard and the link you supplied in your first post for your blog itself.
how do all my friends get into my blog?
Your blog is public so they should be able to find it via Google (they should search the blog title, not your username), but you can simply give them the link to your blog via email, facebook, twitter, writing it on a piece of paper, etc. You can also invite people to follow your blog from the Users tab on your dashboard.

If someone clicks on that they get taken directly to your blog. As your blog is public, it doesn’t matter whether they’re logged in to WordPress.com or not. Either way, anyone who clicks that link will find your blog. Your friends can then just bookmark that link in their browsers to find your site again, or they can sign up to follow your blog.

Is there any way I can print a reader friendly version of the latest blog? I managed to do control P, but it missed the last final paragraphs off it? Or can I save it to a word document and then print it out that way? It’s just that my Father doesn’t have a computer and he’d love to read the blog.

Is there any way I can print a reader friendly version of the latest blog?
Your browser’s print functions should do the trick. With Firefox and Chrome both click on the menu button top-right and select the print option. With Internet Explorer it’s the gear icon in the same position.
If you click print there you should get a preview so you can check that everything is there and then you just confirm.
You can also add a print button to the bottom of your posts under Settings ->Sharing. It will then appear under your posts when you view your blog and you can simply click that to print.
Note that if you try to print from an outdated browser like IE9 or earlier, the print function might not work correctly.
