  Hi , I Have A Little Question About The WordPress
  So , If I Bought A Hosting Plan On ( Hostgator , Hostinger , Bluehost )
  & If I Linked My Website To WordPress Should I Buy The WordPress Plans ??
  So I Can Open The None Free Things Like Adding Plugins And Something Like That ??
  Or If I Linked My Website I Dont Have To Buy WordPress Plans ?? Please Help Me !!

  If you purchase hosting plan on ( Hostgator , Hostinger , Bluehost ), you would not need to purchase any plans on WordPress.com.

  You need a plan on WordPress.com only if you host your site on WordPress.com.

  With any of the other hosting provider, you would be using WordPress.org software, which is different from WordPress.com.
