Quick Question: Contact Form is auto-populating with my info.

  Problem: My name, email address and website are being auto-populated in the Contact Form I created when people visit it. See http://janmoranwrites.com/rich-ideas/

  How do I delete this info and show blank fields? It’s not in my code.

  That is done automatically for each visitor if they are logged in to WordPress.com.

  Try logging out of WordPress.com and then visiting your contact form. It should be blank.
