Quick Showcase Question

  I’m using Twenty Eleven.
  I was wondering:

  If I use sticky posts to make a showcase page, are the sticky posts going to be at the top of the screen on every page of my site?
  That’s something I want to avoid.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The sticky posts (Featured Post) links will appear only on the Showcse Page when you make it your static front page. I recommend reading http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/workings-of-duster/

  BTW the sticky posts (Featured Post) links appear as dots.

  But if I make my default landing page my most recent posts, then will the sticky posts not only be on the showcase page?
