  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any quick-start sessions from us. What is the URL of the site for which you bought this?

  You should be able to reschedule your session via the confirmation email or the Google Calendar invitation you received when you purchased it:

  We can also help you with this, but will need you to contact us while logged in as the username you used to purchase the session.
