Quiz plugin for my blog.

  I am running an educational website and would like to install the following plugin on my blog:
  http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-pro-quiz/

  Would that be feasible although I access my .wordpress.com blog through a web interface rather than an FTP program?

  No. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
