I have created our organizational website using the free version of your tremendous software application and I am thinking of acquiring WP but I have my superiors to consider purchasing the premium pack as per my subject.     Hi there,

    We currently only issue receipts, not invoices, at WordPress.com. However, we issue receipts for payments that have already been made – just never an invoice as a demand for payment. Once you make the purchase, you can view and print/download the receipt on your billing page here:

    Hello again, hope this email reaches you well.

    As stated in my previous email, I am working our organizational website and so I would have to still obtain a quote/invoice for them to make the payment.

    For your awareness, it’s just a process and procedure that you must provide a quote/invoice for us to register and raise Requisition for payments to be made. This in turn will be acquitted in our accounts and billing system and expenditure ledger for this operational year. Can you kindly make an exception for me to acquire a quote/invoice. It is just Protocol I acquired a quote.

    Another thing is that my organization is willing to make the payment for the premium package but unfortunately not online transaction. We will be doing a Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) please kindly provide account details so we can make the transfer. Furthermore if there are other possible payment methods available kindly give me a heads up as to how to go about to make this transaction possible and acquire the WordPress Premium Package.

    You can find the pricing of all our plans at https://wordpress.com/pricing/. The Premium Plan costs $96 per year (excluding tax), billed in full when you buy the upgrade, and renewing annually. Upon purchase you will receive a receipt, and you’ll have the ability to add your business information to the receipt if necessary before you print it.
