Quotation sign has turned "Tagg."! in all my blog postings!

  Hello!

  Yesterday 21 February at 17.00 GMT about, I discovered that in the text in (probably) all postings the first/left quotation sign (“) around a word or phrase had turned into “Tagg.” If I leave a space after the sign it will be OK but of course I do not want the space.

  This error has also been seen on my another PC, and I think the error lies with WordPress and not in my PC.

  Any idea?
