Quotes from my posts?

  I want to take text from my posts, enlarge it, and then move it off to the side in order to entice the reader to read more. Similar to what one would see in a magazine. How would this be possible?

  Hi there,

  There is actually a quote feature which is built in to the visual editor that might do what you’re looking for. If you select the text which you’re looking to quote and then click the button which looks like the quotation marks (“), then it will do all of the work for you. What this quoted text looks like varies depending on your theme, but it generally sets it apart from the rest of the text, turns it a different color, and makes it italic or a slightly different font.

  If this isn’t quite what you are looking for, the only other thing I could suggest would be for you to select the same text and for you to put it into an image editor, play with the font and size, and then put it into your post as an image. This will draw the eye and capture attention as well!
