Quotes in CODE tag

  I have followed WordPress Codex and write quotes as html entitities between tags. When I save the post my quotes looks OK on website, but when I want to edit the same post, HTML code is without html entities. When I save it, it breaks quotes on website and i muste rewrite the whole code to entities again and again.
