Radcliff2 – Logo Troubles

  Greetings!

  I’m attempting to put together a site based on Radcliff2, but I’m having a bit of difficulty. The option to change the logo size isn’t in the side-bar where it’s supposed to be, and the logo is automatically changing size as I scroll the page. Furthermore, it’s left-justified. How could I center it? What am I missing?
