    Hello, I’ve noticed the featured images on my homepage are cropping height randomly so they look very short. They had been cropped perfectly and working fine and now it’s sporadic. Anyone else have this issue or a fix? -Thank You

    Is that what you see as well, or does it look different to you? If you see something different, can you take a couple screen shots of images that don’t look right, and upload them to your media library for us to see?

    Does it make any difference if you view your site in another browser, or play around with your browser window size and zoom settings?

    Hello, thank you for the prompt response. I am viewing on my computer and on an iPad and get the same result. It had been working fine but now it will revert to cutting the images in height, see link. It may look fine when I initially open the site but when I hit a category then go back it sometimes does this?

    Hello, also to answer your earlier question. I am using google chrome on pc and safari on iPad and it does the same on both. I haven’t changed any settings in either browser and was working just fine across all platforms but noticed this change a couple of days ago. -Thanks Again

    Also, google chrome and safari are up to date. I have also tried within Microsoft edge on the pc and does the same thing.

    Hi there,

    I seem to be able to see this issue as well… The height of the blog posts on your homepage do not return to the size if you reload the homepage (or visit some other page, then go back to home) but I’ve not been able to determine what is causing this.

    I haven’t changed any settings in either browser and was working just fine across all platforms but noticed this change a couple of days ago.

    Out of curiosity, did you make any changes to your site around that time? I can’t seem to reproduce this issue on my test site, so I’m hoping that there might be a clue we can investigate in your recent changes, thanks!

    One last question, does the site load any differently if you open it in a Private Window instead? Or is the height issue the same regardless? Thanks for the additional info!

    Hi again,

    Our team recently fixed a bug related to the cookies consent banner we show on our sites, and it seems that this was also leading to some odd display issues.

    Now that it’s been fixed, I no longer see the blog posts on your site coming in at less than their standard height. Same for you? You should not see the same cropping (height) issue, if you do clearing your browser cache should cause it to disappear.

    Thank you very much for the help. I just tested here on my iPad and seems to be working normal. Really appreciate the help. I will follow up if I run into any issues when I check on my pc but all looks good now. -Have a great night
