Radcliffe – Featured Image with Text Not Happening

  I’ve assigned a featured image to a post however the title is below the image rather than on top of it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can see only one post on your blog: https://keepitsimplecom.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/sample-blog-post/ for which there doesn’t appear to be a featured image set.

  Are you referring a different blog? Could you please link the blog post on which the post title is dropping off the featured image?

  Radcliffe displays post titles on the featured image as can be seen in the demo site: https://radcliffedemo.wordpress.com/ although a bit to the lower part of the image.

  I created the image using the size recommended but for some reason the Title is going below the header. I don’t have a body in the blog post, only the title. Thanks for taking a look at it.

  Radcliffe theme shows post title on the image only on the blog page on which it shows all the posts in the blog. For example check the blog page on the demo site: https://radcliffedemo.wordpress.com/ where you will see all the post titles to the lower part of the featured image.

  However, as you have noticed, on the individual post page, the post title is shown under the featured image like this: https://radcliffedemo.wordpress.com/2011/09/20/drink-more-coffee/

  So what you have noticed is how Radcliffe theme is designed.

  You have a set a static front page for your blog. But if you check your blog posts page, you will see the title on the featured image. And on the individual post page like Welcome post page, you will see the post title under the featured image.

  If you wish your post title on the featured image, you will have to switch to one of the 136 free themes that support Featured Images: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/featured-images/?sort=free

  Another option would be to buy the Premium upgrade and use Custom CSS to position the post title on to the featured image.
