radio buttons on contact forms

    I have customized a contact form, but I would like users to be able to select multiple radio buttons. at this time, you can only select one. each time you click a different radio, the previous radio selection is deleted. is there any way to be able to select multiple radio buttons? thanks.

    No, because it’s a general convention that radio buttons signify mutually exclusive options. You need checkboxes, not radio buttons.
