  I am seeing an A Record from IONOS on the domain’s DNS. https://www.whois.com/whois/109.228.34.129 Therefore, it’s either your domain has incorrect DNS, or your website is not hosted in WordPress.com.

  You will have to contact your hosting provider directly for this, so they can check your domain name.
