Random code under my comments box

If you go to any post on my blog, and look at the comment area, it will look fine except for this random code underneath the comment box. I do not believe I would have altered any of the theme because I don’t want this to happen! I have looked and dont think I have a widget with free text put into it so it creates a comment box. But I could be wrong. Is there any way someone can help me with this, I appreciate your help in advance.
