Random contact form appears!

  I’ve noticed that at the bottom of pages that I’ve created and then published there’s my footer and then there’s a random contact form. When I’m in the editor there’s no sign of it but when you visit the site it’s there on pretty much every page and I can’t seem to get rid. Any help would be appreciated!

  Fixed – was an issue to do with the templates. Appearance > editor > edited the template for new page
