  anyway to create a random link on my site so that users can click on and receive one of my posts at random?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry, but this would not be possible on WordPress.com. But what you can add is a Follow Blog widget that will allow people to sign up to receive email notifications about new posts on your site.
