Yes. The URL for random posts is:
http://vagariousvoyage.wordpress.com/?random and you need use an image (button or something)See & click on the dices on my blog (in the right side):

Hi, there used to be a link in the Admin bar , but it was removed a long time ago.
Because you have your site set up with a static front page, the link you’ll need to use is a little different than a site that has the Posts page as the site’s front page:
https://vagariousvoyage.wordpress.com/posts/?random
You can add that link in a text or image widget to your site’s sidebar.
