Random posts on front page
-
Hi,
I want to be able to show 10-20 posts from my blog, but now it has got quite a lot of posts, it is difficult to show the full range without looking like a very long, uninspiring list.
Is there a way to set up the front page to show 10-20 randomly selected blogs, so the content appears different each time?
I am not too precise about what theme I want, just one that works with this functionality.
Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Nope.
See here to create your own random posts icon:

Hi, there
Thanks for your reply, galois
Is that possible to limit the number of posts displayed in the home? Instead of an infinite list of posts, I’d rather have 10 posts and them “latest posts” link on the bottom of the page. Can we do it? -

Yes:
Blog pages show at most lets you choose how many blog posts are displayed per page. The default setting is 10 posts per page.
Setting a higher number of posts to display on each page can potentially impact load times on your blog, since you will be loading a lot more data with each page. The default setting is 10 posts per page to ensure fast load times.
